terran used to be able to much later. Like after that first reaper comes out. but not any more. Terran has to take an economic hit to scout with first free scv instead of build something.
This doesnt affect toss nearly as much because of how they build and chrono. but w/e. I got to learn to scout at 15 or 16. Because if you do not there is a shield battery forrest someone on the map. And if I am behind. Well you are always behind eco wise it the match up.
If I end up being further behind. At least I wont lose to shield battery forrest. I will just lost becase I am behind eco wise. There is nothign like playing from behind. The more bases that you are behind the better.

Honestly, at what point of MMR, do people start to be embarrassed calling other people “bad.” Because if you get stuck in Platinum as, well, any race, really, I can’t imagine calling someone 500 MMR higher “bad.” Much less, with that race? Calling that “pathetic” just seems so inadequate.
It can be the hardest race, T has a high skill ceiling meaning if you are playing at the full potential of the race you are playing on the hardest mode, however, if you are not on that level, the difficulty is about the same as other races,yes it is a glass cannon race, but has powerful tools that can work without any amazing skill, a queued lib will kill, a stimmed bio work against everything and will do terrible damage every time,siege units shot automatically…

All races have an “easier way to play.” But Terran undoubtedly has the highest skill floor, why else would it still have the lowest average MMR after 10 years…?
Many new players don’t know their own buildings, just see silver and bronze games and there are players who doesn’t make a single orbital command and play without medivacs.I don’t think its about skill, is about starting knowledge. Skill is more related to Z, they know that queens can make larva but low level production is terrible and players have to play many games until they realize how injecting and creeping work,and then the eco part, they don’t make enough drones and die.
Zerg takes the most game knowledge and the least mechanics, the only difficult mechanic is the queen, whereas knowing when to drone is one of the most difficult things in the entire game. Terran? The micro is most necessary, and the difficulty is multiple level higher than either of the other two (while game knowledge and tactical army movement are really difficult in TVT)
