Publishing Starcraft 2 Map

I have created a map for StarCraft 2 so I could play with my friends but when I try to publish it, it always says I need to upgrade my copy of StarCraft 2. I’ve been trying for months and have tried on multiple different computers and accounts but nothing seems to work.

Any help would be appreciated, Thank You.

dude i recomend the world editor of wc3, sc2 editor is no offense garbage compare to W.E, plus u get thousands of free models to download from hiveworkshop
