Didn’t know he was still here. Obviously different name. But he is one of the original Maegis members. Besides 1 or 2 zerg players, Maegis was basically a clan of abusive, cancerous terran players.
You know, the type that love to massacre workers all game. They never fight straight up, just keep backstabbing. David kim must love that clan.
What do you think the 45% of GM league being protoss is, exactly? Every GM under the sun is offracing Protoss and getting into GM because it’s so flippin easy.
Protoss who have been stuck in Masters for YEARS are now in GM currently. And I would not consider them even remotely close to GM quality material. HOOPsaiya comes to mind.
All those protoss stuck in masters and all those offracing guys who are now using protoss…manage to only get like 50 gm spots more for protoss worldwide? Weird
Nope. Because it’s the average apm of a large group of people that matters not a single individual. APM varies from player to player and game to game so to see how a group performs (Protoss for example) you have to look at the average for the group and a large number of games.
Even the Sahara has the occasional cold night. But to point to that one cold night and say “The Sahara is cold” would be a blatant lie. That’s basically what you are doing. There will be some Protoss with high APM but the average Protoss APM is much lower than the average Zerg (roughly 26%). A single Protoss with high APM does not refute the tens of thousands of other players that prove otherwise.
Trends of and about Protoss are defined by the most common element of Protoss, not the least common element. The average defines the trend, not the exception.
After Diogenes forced BatZ to eat his own manure, the clown is trying to convince himself that the manure actually is a fancy food in the league of caviar and other delicacies…
Diogenes 8: Clown-BatZ 0.
Diogenes wins the match with knockout.
Clown-BatZ sent to ICU (Intensive Care Unit).
So Diogenex doesn’t understand basic mathematics, thinks he has a valid point when in reality he didn’t understand what I was saying, gets corrected and yet somehow you walk away with the impression that he won the engagement? You’re delusional and inching closer to the perm block list every day.
I don’t understand mathematics (but obviously I know what the average is), I understand that high level players (pros) have around 400apm, the guy has around 400apm, you said that APM matters and that players who have more apm does more things and it’s a fact that more APM is related to more skill. I’m not talking about averages, I am talking about an specific case, you said he has no GM level, I said that he has top level APM and since APM means skill to you… I don’t believe it, I have seen the guy and he is not good, but they were your ideas so you receive my soft trolling. If these matemathic ideas does not apply for this player because some mathematic rule says it, then this player maybe is not that bad and has in fact, GM level.
