Protoss being too strong and easier killed this game

h ttps://nonapa.com/balance?season=53&rank=6&map=all

Terran is out performing Protoss by a 10% margin across all servers except China.

Not really sure what you’re on about, just watch some pro streams and learn how to play.

If not please please please S.T.F.U. You are NOWHERE near the level I am at and CAN NOT comment on balance when you have NO IDEA how the balance of the game is.

You hide your profile because you are just a noob troll who just comes on the forums top belittle people on a subject you know nothing about.

Yikes that record is pretty bad. you’re one of those apes who spams games, then claims GM

I have a >60% winrate against Protoss at the Grandmaster level. One in thirty thousand people does that well.

Don’t feed the troll…it’s Not his record

Hmm I wonder why this guy in GM is spamming Ghandi’s name over and over again. It couldn’t possibly be that this guy is me – no sir, that’s impossible. Ghandi said the account wasn’t mine, so it isn’t. It’s that simple. Ghandi is a seer who can read minds & peer through space time – it’s IMPOSSIBLE that he could be wrong!

Keep up the good work, Gandhi. Deep down even Bowlcut knows he’s boosted by ZvP.

That’s not how anything works. PvZ win-rates in the past year have been over 60% which is such an extreme imbalance that no matchup has been this imbalanced in the past 10 years. Protoss are carried in PvZ, that’s why they are being nerfed, and I have a ludicrous 65% win-rate despite the imbalance.

I am, quite literally, going to create a medal for myself to commemorate the occasion. I survived APEcraft 2 and it was E Z.

That was a one off win rate that occurred because Serral didn’t attend DH Valencia, the win rate quickly bounced back. Isn’t it weird how the screenshots you show are always against high level Protoss opponents…

That’s factually untrue. Protoss win-rates have been bouncing around between 55% and 60% for the past year.

They are the most vulnerable to strange playstyles / meme builds because they take the absolute strongest strategy, memorize it, and practice it to perfection. They have near-zero strategical understanding. The moment they hit a slight bump in the road, they crash; this is true even though they are favored by balance and favored by the build order selection.

Players who are strong strategically are slower players because it takes time to think about what you need to do. This makes them better in weird scenarios but worse in standard scenarios which are decided entirely by how fast you click. Because standard strategies are straight-up superior to all other strategies, and because they emphasize APM spam, the best players on the ladder will be APM spammers who have near-zero strategical skills. Ironically, if you force the best SC2 players to have to stop and think for a bit, they fall flat on their face.

Some people would call SC2 a strategy game, but if they did they’d prove they have no clue how anything works in SC2. By far the best players are the ones who click fast, and this is proven in scenarios like this where 6k mmr players can be easily beaten using a scenario that emphasizes strategy instead of mechanics. Clicking fast is inherently anti-strategy because strategical thinking takes time – they are playing the game through rote memorization, not through thinking. They got to where they are by spamming APM – not by strategizing. SC2 is an APM spam game with a very minor strategical element.

If you ever play against these people a bit, you’d notice they have maybe 3 builds that they know and they will have 1 primary build. For example, Rocker almost always goes forge first. I’ve never seen him do anything else. These people aren’t winning games from decision making, because that would mean they have to do a variety of builds, they are winning through rote memorization of the same build they’ve been doing, on repeat, for years.

Getting GM in SC2 is a slightly more complex version of playing the piano. It’s really not much different. It’s not a strategy game – it’s a memorization & mechanics game.

So what you’re telling me is that ZvP is so Zerg favoured that it’s the only matchup where having a big brain creates an advantage. ZvT and ZvZ are both mechanical challenges whereas Protoss has to use their high IQ to defend proxy hatch.

Correct. You don’t win ZvZ without insane multitasking during ling bane vs ling bane, and you don’t win TvZ without playing a 10 minute long macro game because terran is literally impossible to kill in the first 10 minutes of the game. The only matchup with a little bit of emphasis on strategy is ZvP and that’s mainly because Protoss has a tough time assessing the game state with a single probe scout. Early pools deny scouting, proxy hatcheries / hidden bases / gold bases are hard to properly identify, and Zerg has a number of potent allins which actually work (and the same is true for the Protoss).

Terran and Zerg have all the scouting information they need to make the perfect calls, so the game comes down to who clicks the fastest. If you allin against a Terran, it’s so bad it will make you laugh. The only way to beat a Terran player is to out-click them in a macro game. I should write a book: A billion trillion clicks - the path to mastering EZcraft 2. Can you play the piano? Then you can be GM at APEcraft 2!

There is, and ever will be, only one account in the MORMEN clan. The overlap between the group of people who can bench-press their girlfriend and who can get GM in SC2 is absurdly small. There just isn’t enough testosterone on the SC2 ladder for anyone else to qualify for the clan.

Bowlcut when a person with a mullet walks in. h ttps://tenor.com/view/vince-mcmahon-shane-mcmahon-wcw-nitro-wwe-wf-gif-23783080 Mullets will always be the superior haricut.

That’s the funny thing. I don’t even have a bowlcut. I never have. I think it’s the least manly haircut to ever exist. I thought it was stereotypical of mormon missionaries hence the pun MORMEN for the clan tag. The mormon religion needs way more testosterone, and therein lies the joke. They need “MORE MEN” in the “mormon” religion. Ha ha! Now you know.

Loads of people ask me if I am mormon on the SC2 ladder or say they love my haircut. What an excellent introduction for some satire. I usually counter by saying “no r u hacker???”. It catches them off guard and puts them on the defensive. That’s when the punchline hits the hardest. As soon as the punchline drops, they are relieved to learn someone isn’t actually accusing them of hacking. It’s brilliant. I’d tell you what the punchline is, but before you know it some youtuber would swoop in and steal my jokes. It’s happened before. What a bunch of clowns. You can’t even share jokes on the internet without fear of big youtubers ripping you off. The glory days of the forums are over, I am afraid.

My preferred haircut is crew cut. It looks very sharp especially coupled with my incredibly sharp facial features. I get it from my grandfather. I keep my bodyfat low to make sure my face looks as sharp as a razor. Although, I have gown my hair out to my shoulders on occasion. It looks really good, but I can’t stand how my head overheats. It’s the brains working overtime. I legit can’t keep my head cool enough for long hair. So, crew cut it is.

My long hair actually inspired a theory of evolution. I wonder if cognition is regionally stratified due to temperature. We already know that we have big brains because our ancestors developed the ability to sweat which helped with heat regulation. The body could burn more calories because it could get rid of the heat. The question then is if heat regulation impacted the evolution of the brain and, if so, does the regional temperature impact cognition? It probably does by my estimation. I legit can’t think straight if my head gets hot. Looking it up online and, sure enough, confusion is a side-effect of overheating. Huh. How about that.

Batzy describing all the benefits that you can have with a mullet. There’s a reason the saying is business at the front, party at the back. You can enjoy the heat regulation during the workweek and headbanging to some nickelback on the weekend. What sayings do bowlcuts have? exactly, none. There’s also nothing as powerful as alliteration in a name, you could have been Mormen Mulletman but, no. It’s expected by someone who rocks the crew cut. It screams “I’m in the military” or “I have to play dress-up so my colleagues/clients don’t look at me weirdly”. These are things a person with a mullet never has an issue with, at first glance you know exactly the type of person they are. I would probably listen to what the Jehovah’s Witnesses have to say if they were rocking a mullet.

I tell people the bowlcut is the secret to korean power. It’s why koreans are so good at ezcraft 2. It helps them to focus their APM-chi. It’s like the lightsaber for the Jedi. People say the barcode is OP, but all I had to do was change my name to bowlcut and I managed to break into the top 100 in GM league.

The mullet would obviously do the opposite. It would immediately tank your mmr to bronze league.
