I played the campaign in the past and never had any other account. Tried to play it lately (artanis figure in campaign menu is not shadowy) and it takes me to menu telling me to buy it for 0.00 without buy button
This seems like a bug that needs to be reported.
Since it would be account related, perhaps open up a ticket and see what they say…
I did and they told me i only have wing of liberty on my account (im literally playing heart of the swarm right now)

Sounds like you are logged into one account (that doesn’t have the xpacs) when you submitted a ticket, but logged into the game on a different account (that does have the expacs).
i already have TWOL and HOTS. I only wish to but LOTV, separate.
Seems impossible.

That said, why do you say that? What happens when you try to purchase the collection?
Does it not reduce the price on the checkout screen like it does for everyone else?
I have only got one account though. Also, shouldn’t artanis be shadowy (like locked character) in the campaign menu if I don’t have it?
