because he sucks.
-a moving naked broods vs mech (literally diamond zergs dont do that, where are the corrupters to tank)
-zero scouting what so ever (how hard is to to send a speedlord/overseer?)
-mass muta against mech (dont think thats a thing)
-no banelings v pure marine in g4
he looked like he was throwing sh1t at the wall and seeing what sticks. turns out nothing and you get swept 4-0.

Most of what he did is pretty standard against mech right now. Mech is just crazy strong against Zerg.

ok maybe, but he definitely didn’t look impressive at all today.
i mean he literally didnt scout at all in an elimination game. only figured out it was bio at 8:15, had no banes at all, cancelled his mass corrupters made more mutas v pure marine.
i mean he either completely doesnt respect specials game and thinks he can do anything and win, or just doesnt have it today…

That happens all the time against Terran. soO also did an all in that failed hard and couldn’t afford to throw away overlords like that. The game was pretty much over when his attack did no damage.

you mean like when Special didn’t scout the Mutas in game 1 and somehow not only held on with minimal anti air, lost lots of workers and about 5 tanks and still won the game?

and scouted to get a proper unit comp, he would have a better chance of winning?

Mass muta is the korean way of dealing with mech, and they actually can pull it off(Easy to mess up tho)
are you admitting that its easier for terran to survive unscouted agression long enough to get to the point that Broods are actually in the fight?
the game shouldn’t have reached that point.
yet in game 1 of the 4 Soo had unscouted Mutas that literally blind sided Special, and he somehow held on. tell me how thats fair when in game 2 the reverse was true and Special just straight won the game.
seems to me that there is a bit of a difference there in outcome. seems like terran might need some nerfs.
I agree, if two games of similar nature happen, and have two seperate outcomes, then obviously something isn’t balanced.
Game 1 - Soo has unscouted Mutas who do lots of damage but somehow can’t finish off his opponent.
Game 2 - Special has unscouted Marines who kill his opponent.
seems terran early agression needs a nerf to me. or maybe zerg early agression needs some buffs.
there was no turrets in game 1 until Soo was already in his eco, nice try.

he was up 50 supply. didnt capitalize on his advantage, thats on soo. ill go with you wont admit that soo played like trash, because we must ignore brutal mistakes, and chalk everything up to balance.

Kind of hard to against the ez mode defense of Terran turtle mech. like seriously the only thing more brain dead then terran turtle mech was hots swarm host.
i mean by that logic, why should Special have been able to survive the first attack? he literally had nothing but 3 cyclones to defend against Mutas.
but somehow terran can survive that.

special “survived” while taking heavy losses down 50 supply (he killed like 8 tanks, where was the ground push, where was the mass expansion?). he stabilized well enough with mines thors and turrets, mutas werent going to finish the job.
soo didnt survive because turned out marine tank with +4 upgrades is better than roach ravager when its pounding your 3rd and youre down 3 bases to 4 as zerg.
like its not even remotely the same situation.

Special didn’t need a follow up in game 2. his attack straight up killed Soo. unscouted, unprepared agression should do that.

because he prepared better. you act like its GG as soon as he sees mutas. no, they did a crap load of damage, but he made thors, why is everything so black and white?

he wasn’t prepared at all though. he didn’t have turrets. he didn’t have widow mines. he didn’t have thors. nothing happened until soo was already in his base.
why is it okay for an unprepared terran to survive when an unprepared zerg did not?

thors were out exactly 35 seconds after mutas attacked. thats why he survived
in 35 seconds soo went from down 15 supply to up 40 supply. (aka alot of damage.)
4 cyclones, 2 turrets and mines buys you 35 seconds against mutas.(even though terran suffered heavy losses)
so idk why youre complaining. youre just making stupid general black and white statements that dont actually take the events of the game into context. try actually watching the game instead of sitting there like a dolt, and going OH WELL, UNSCOUTED MUTAS, GUESS THATS GG
