Hey all. This is probably some sort of derp on my behalf - but after hitting 15, I complete missions and earn xp. I see the little orange bar fill and give me a level, but when I return to the commander screen, I do not have any mastery points to allocate and my level is still 15.
Any idea what I’m missing here?
EDIT: It seems that some people are saying this is a bug in the new patch. Grrr.

Whenever the server is tasked it visually can’t cope. It will be fixed eventually but make no mistake your progress is saved on a real-time rate, so there is no chance of you loosing progress.
Yup. Also having that issue. By the way, I’m currently leveling up as well and I’ve noticed the XP requirements getting higher with each mastery point. The amount I need for this one is at 583K. WTF? Is this the case for everyone or is this just me? This is literally taking all day just to get to 84.
Yes that’s completely normal, just wait till you see your level 89~90 transition, then at after 90 every level takes 200k xp.
Is this 100% true? Never read/knew this before today.
I stopped playing because I wasn’t sure if I am losing all the work I’ve been grinding past couple days.
I hope you’re right and later next week I’ll get a bunch of Ascension lvl’s.

Yes, 80-90 is a big long grind, but then ascension lvl’s go back down to only 200k each until 1000 max
Ok then. I discovered the real issue is that co op mode is still bugged. I’m not advancing xp wise even though it looks like I am. Ah well.

Just levelled Mengsk to 15 and having the same problem… They haven’t fixed this yet!
It’s happened with me too and i have every commander, including mengsk at 15 if that has anything to do with it.
Good to know. Losing time is bad enough. People who paid money for the XP boosts (ie. Warchest and CO bundles) would likely be especially pissed.

still, it started with the patch day, how is no one there on the damn patch day
I know the patch addressed some real issues but it is interesting that they didn’t bother with Ascension XP. Regardless that will be fixed on Tuesday which is SC2’s usual patch days.
When issues like this occur its somewhere back in the code, they have to backtrack, dissect it, test it out on a separate server, then patch it. That’s a process in itself. But if it is an issue that would really stop people from gaining any exp, I imagine they would jump right on that immediately. so I think it’s just a visual bug
I’ve witnessed this before. The XP was awarded (so I’m optimistic this time around that we’ll also get our due XP). However, the XP was held hostage for only a 5 minutes. Not up to a week.

Bought Mengsk with stimpack, and leveled up Tychus from 1 to 15 no problems. But after that i can’t level up mastery points. I am at level 43 with around 20k progress, and this number doesn’t change after i play games.
I have a coop stimpack on idle that can not do anything because of that. And i still not figure out how to contact support.
