I can’t remember ever working at place where we were allowed a vacation after a fairly large update. That is so bizarre.

same issue for me. my Vorazun is stuck at 15 only. i leveled up 8 times. but no movement. no points either
same here. it appears i havent earned any xp on my toon. but ive been doing matches for 2 days
same here, no problems up to 15 but now no mastery points
My brother and I both have the same issue, i just finished getting Mengsk to 15 and now my mastery bar isnt moving even after a couple of games (what a waste of a Stim pack)
Same problem. XP and level ups are shown when you finish the game, but actual mastery level remains the same.

It’s really annoying because I’m not all that interested in leveling mengsk, I just want to enjoy leveling in co op with my son that I play this with (He however, is very much enjoying Mengsk).
Either way, once we realized we weren’t getting exp we stopped altogether and went to play Path of Exile instead. We really enjoy playing co op together, but why on earth a patch like this was released before a holiday weekend when it couldn’t be fixed is mind boggling. I have no idea what thought (if any) went into this business decision beyond ‘i hope it doesn’t break’, but this makes the dev team look very foolish.
Top the cake that is this issue with some players tickets being replied to with “That’s a dev team issue, good luck” - is ridiculous.
Hint. You can lvl up your commanders again if you change region. So if you have any commander on your home region e.g. if you play in US normally you can change to EU and lvl up all again.

Im having the same trouble. Its been going on for like 5 days now I believe. whats taking so long to fix?

Although that kind of feels like double the work for nothing, unless you plan to play on a second region consistently.
Some people do this on Diablo but that’s a whole other story as gearing a character, let alone getting primal items takes an absurd amount of time.
I’m having the same issue. While it definitely does annoy me, what bothers me more is I haven’t seen any word from Blizzard about a seriously large problem with the game. Not even so much as them acknowledging that they know it exists.

I’m having this problem too I got my commander to 15 for the first time and i leveled the commander up to Mastery 2

A maintenance is coming tomorrow… Let’s hope the issue is fixed.
This is kind of where I stand, too, hyper. All else can be forgiven, but some kind of update on what the status is, whether it’s being worked on or if the cause has been identified or “hey we’re not gonna fix it until next tuesday” would have been nice…but I guess we’ll have more reason to complain if tomorrows patches don’t rectify this issue.

same issue for me. i hope this maintenance will do the trick.
Similarly, I have the same problem of playing the game but my level is stuck at level 560 and not progressing beyond. It’s a bug since we have installed the latest patch. Can this be fixed soon?
Welp, maintenance came and went and I’m still at the same Ascension level I was last week. New games don’t appear to give XP either.
Hopefully this is tracked server-side and we get retroactive XP
