I was a bit concerned that this might’ve been a netgear router. We’re aware of some issues with netgear routers causing connectivity related issues.

Update Netgear Router firmware to latest version available on support.netgear.com. Update the Network drivers to the latest version. If you have a separate modem and router, try bypassing the router.
