No sound in mac

Hi i have starcraft 2 in my mac but since last week there is no sound in the game please help

There are a lot of things you need to find out:

  • Does Youtube’s audio work?
  • Does Finder (aka iTunes) audio work?
  • Do you have any bluetooth device / earphones paired / connected to your comp?
  • If no, what happens when you connect one? Does the audio come through?
  • Have you checked your comp’s volume controls?
  • Have you checked your SC2’s volume controls?
  • Have you checked your SC2 volume settings?

Hello thanks for your answer.
My audio works fine with youtube and Itunes, i don´t have any bluetooth or earphones connected, and when i use the cabled ones i have the sound is ok with everything except starcraft, the volume control in my mac i even didn´t touch them but anyway i checked them and seems fine, with the controls of starcraft i didn´t touch anything and suddenly the sound disappeared.

If that is the case, the options are pretty limited since we were unable to narrow down the cause of it. The only thing you are able to do now is to reinstall SC2 and see if it works then. Take note that you might lose saved files / progress if not done properly (might wanna do a research on those).
