So basically nothing in my profile will load, maps won’t load, I cant start any ranked games, when my friends invite me they can’t start games. It seems as if I cannot connect to Battlenet but I am confident it’s not on my end as I am able to play multiple other games, watch streams, and so forth without any issue. So far I have reinstalled the game, updated my graphic drivers, restarted my computer, ran it in windowed, gave admin capabilities, turned off any and all overlays, reset all settings, and scanned for repair with no issues being found coming back. Im not sure what else to do to fix the issue but as it stands im unable to play the game at all so that sucks. Would love any tips as to how i can fix this ? Would also like to add that I JUST started having this problem after patch 5.0, i was able to play and do everything just fine before the patch.
Hey Pandai,
Try clearing the Battle.net cache folder and then restart the game. That should clear up any corruption issues with the cache that might cause things to not load.
If that doesn’t work you might also want to try creating a new administrator account then log into that account before launching the game.
Neither of these suggestions have worked sadly, would be open to any other options possibly…if not I’ll just wait for the next patch to see if things fix themselves.

Thanks for giving those a shot. It sounds like we’re probably looking at more of a connection issue in this case, rather than something being corrupted.
If you’re using Windows 10 try resetting the network settings to defaults and see if that helps. Go to Start → Settings → Network & Internet → Network reset
You can also try disabling Controlled Folder Access as that will sometimes prevent the game from reading files/folders that it needs access to.
