My Starting Coop Commanders were reset to level 5

Yesterday I logged in and Kerrigan, Artanis and Raynor are level 5 even though they are all max level prestiged. I have tried all the fixes in all the other threads and nothing has worked. Hoping for assistance

Same problem here. Logging in and out and restarting didn’t help.

Looks like I’m having the same problem. My Raynor, Kerrigan, Artanis are now at lvl5, but they were at lvl15. I hope they can fix this.

is it only the 3 commanders from base game that is affected? mine is also Raynor, Kerrigan and Artanis

I have same issue. It come back to normal once in the last 3 days. then it back to max 5

Hey all,

This is a bug on Bliz’s side that occasionally pops up that Bliz needs to fix on their end.

For this recent occurrence, Bliz is aware and is looking into it. You can follow this thread if any updates are made.

Note: It’s been passed on that the fix attempt mentioned earlier in the linked thread below didn’t work.

Hello, I am having the same problem as the others. Please fix my months of hard work. I haven’t tried using my purchased Co-Op commanders since I’m scared they might experience the same fate as the free to play commanders. I have tried clearing cache, restarting the app, re-logging of account, and even switching to different servers but it still did not work. Please notice this, thank you!

Following, my Raynor is capped too.

Same nonsense here. Went away the first time after logging out and back in, then running a game with a non affected commander. Now it’s stuck and I can’t play my fav commander.

Thanks for the response! Unfortunately, my commanders have not yet been reverted back to normal. I understand these things can take time but was wondering if you could give me a rough time table as to when this should be fixed? Are we thinking a week, a month, a year? Thank you!
