I am experiencing the same issue on my end. Raynor, Kerrigan, and Artanis are capped at level 5 and cannot gain experience in the same fashion than an unpurchased commander would have.

I am also experiencing this problem with my Free to Play Heroes. I had Raynor at lvl 11 doing his first Prestige and the others were at lvl 15.

I am having the same issue, Reynor reset to level 5 and cannot progress past 5 as it says I do not own the commander. I was at prestige 2 level 14

Why can my initial characters such as Renault and Kerrigan only be upgraded to level 5 and prompted to purchase? I have already purchased many heroes, so why can my initial heroes only be upgraded to level 5

I’m having the same exact issue! I was in the process of getting Prestige 3 on Artanis, and last night I logged in to find he was level 5 and “stuck” there. Raynor and Kerrigan were both already maxed on prestige and my Mastery level is level 404. So they should be level 404, basically. But nope! Level 5 and can’t go further!

WHEN WILL THIS BE FIXED, BLIZZARD?!?

same issue here. My Raynor, Kerrigan, Artanis now capped at lvl5. Were at lvl15. I hope they can fix this.

Raynor capped at 5 as soon as I hit 90.

When my dropships stopped working, I got pretty sad :frowning:

The free commanders are also capped at 5 when i had them maxed and was playing them last night before i hopped off very sad from this :frowning:

Same. My Raynor, Kerigan, and Artanis are down from full level back to 5 :sob: Help us Bliz-support

I have the same issue. My Artanis is lvl 5 but my other commanders seem to be the normal level.

Same issue is happening for me. I have purchased 4 commanders and all of those are still gold and maxed. However, the free 2 play should have Raynor and Artanis maxed while Kerrigan is still being leveled to max. Can’t get my daily bonus right now because Kerrigan isn’t getting experience.

Same issue. My artanis is trapped at level 5, unable to gain experience, from my previous level of 15.

Also seeing this. It seems like this happened previously in Feb of 2022. People extending that thread as well: Starcraft 2: Co-Op commanders were reset to level 5
