My coop commanders reset to level 5?

my raynor, kerrigan, and artanis were reset to lvl 5 what gives? I also got 0 XP points for the mission/games I played in coop.

Same. My Artanis also got a reset to lvl 5 and is capped at lvl5

My Artanis had exactly the same issue. My Kerrigan also go demoted down to 5 and capped even though I have the achievement of her being 10+. Did Blizzard give up on SC2 help? I literally submitted a ticket and they said it wasn’t important enough unless enough people posted bug reports and in forums. Really useless company.

This is a bug on Bliz’s side that occasionally pops up that Bliz needs to fix on their end. For this current occurrence, Bliz is aware and is looking into it. You can follow this thread if any updates are made.

Note: Bliz is aware that the fix attempt mentioned earlier in the linked thread below didn’t work.

I am having the same issue. Reynor, Kerrigan, and Artanis are all capped at 5. The two commanders that I have purchased (Stettman, Stukov) both appear to be unaffected.
