Way to argue.

Step 1: Alienate the opposition, possibly into doubling down.
Step 2: Don’t have a meaningful conversation.

Probably subconsciously quoting Vorazun? Anyways, not sure that using that phrase, which is far from uncommon, warrants the amount of significance you are putting on it.

I don’t know man, maybe you’re right. But I’ve also seen him say similar things before when met with disagreement.

True, but I try to avoid making a habit of going after people just because of what they have said in the past.

I can agree that the last patch wad handled badly, with the immediate patch, and not waiting for feedback. But the previous patch just added Mengsk, what was handled so bad about that patch?

We really don’t know if it’s Monk’s fault either. Blizzard corporate could be strong arming his team to work on WarCraft Reforged instead. Maybe they only had a few days to even try and work on Co-op. Blizzard is profit based. The issues with china are clear evidence of this. They aren’t going to let their employees work on anything that they don’t think is profitable. You and I know that StarCraft is always going to be great, and that it would be best to keep supporting it, but corporations go by the numbers. They don’t care what we think. They care about money. Monk just works there. He isnt the end all to everything StarCraft Co-op.

Would it honestly have made any difference? I’m told that when they announce a following set of upcoming changes, it’s been quite rare that they stray from those changes. Going by the aftermath, I’d imagine the same difference… some in the community praise the changes. Many more say that 800 for Legion CD, and 400 for Tesseract Cannons is faar too much, and they should scale that back. However, they were dead set on such changes, so “you’re damned if you do, and damned if you don’t” type deals.

Yeah but they always gave a short explanation for why they didn’t go with community suggestions that were popular, abd why they were making certain changes. And even if it wasn’t common, they did occasionally make certain changes based on community feedback. Even if most the changes in the patch stayed the same, giving a week before saying it was final works have cushioned the blow to the community.

I went after what he said, not him. I’m more than happy to try and have a conversation with about 98% of the forums as long as I think they want to have a meaningful one as well, he’s no exception.

Perhaps people just need to spam on other blizz games forum so hard to make the dev admin on those forum get annoyed with the admin that handle sc forum and make complaints about it irl. That’s it if the other dev are also not going silence in their respective games,

Likely just end up banned. And creating a bad name for yourself in other forums that one day you might have to use.
