Modding other games with blizzard assets?

Hello,

i first contacted the support, but was rerouted to the forum. I would like to create a mod for another game (anno 1800) while using the voices/sound effects from starcraft/warcraft. i found the game assets and other resources (websites like teamliquid) where u can download the corresponding audiofiles easily, but i dont want to have a copyright problem with blizzard. thats why i would like to ask here if it is possible to use the game assets from blizzard games in other games as modifications (while obviously giving credit).

for insights and or clarification i would be gratefull

that is strictly forbidden. people modded starcraft 1 with warcraft and diablo assets and they had the project shut down.
