Hi,
firstly, i have played Mengsk to level 15, and i feel something is wrong with him.
here the “bugs” i see:

level 3 and 4: what are they for ? earthsplitter ? you can build them before level 3 with soldiers. contamination gas ? looks like you need 2 level for the same ability.

drop pod, work only with laborers and not soldiers

the upgrade for bunker range bonus is free and cost only time.
and here are improvements that could be nice for Mengsk players:
- a research to produce two unit at the same time in the command center would have been nice.
- contamination gas is pretty weak, compared with the other damages ability you have
- visual effect that show Thor armor and Battlecruisers range bonuses would be cool
I may have misunderstood some mechanics of the character, tell me if i get something wrong on his bugs.

Another bug is, Imperial Intercessor (Medivacs) stay idle and stop following or moving with the rest of the army, even with new commands. Unless you specifically pick them and move them, they will bug out very often, doing nothing.
Imperial Witness use the Analyze Weakness ability (Red targeting) on enemy targets like the Theia Raven of Han&Horner commander.
There is no mention of this ability anywhere, so either it’s a bug (Remnant of copying Theia Raven code) or they forgot to mention it as an ability.
No idea if it’s actually working or not.

also got a new bug i suppose, got 4 laborers in hold mode, they were not counted into the unused scv keybind.
about the medivacs, i didn’t got your problem @Afterstar, but they don’t work like common units that cannot attack, when doing an a-click, they dont go on the point (which is nice, to me) but it doesnt work for most non-attacking unit, like overseer, etc. it lacks consistency on this point too.
