Hi, so my mmr is around 2100 but I am Master 3. I am pretty sure that master requires more mmr. Any ideas why am I actually Master 3 instead of like high silver, low gold or something?
It was just bugged placement where 2k mmr are master so waiting the fix

Master 3 MMR is around ~4100-4200.
Atleast it was like that on my server a year ago. Could be a bit outdated.
Low Platinum is probably 2700-2900. I remember that lower leagues were smaller, so it is difficult for me to estimate your real league on MMR, sorry. You could be somewhere between low silver and low gold.

^ Not for everyone if you are 2K -3 K you are master if you are over like near 4K you are not

is it 4K for masters? I have no idea because Im silver lol. But Im curious because there are fake badges everywhere out there as you guys already know. From what Im seeing it looks like you need around 2.8K to go from gold to platinum. Not sure what the diamond range is…like 3K to 4K? Its always hard to tell with so many people in leagues they dont belong in.

This is still a problem. Lost 5 games in a row with 1850 mmr with Zerg and was put in MASTER LEAGUE.
I confirm. This is still a problem. I’ve seen a lot Plat 2 players ranked as Masters in this new season. Will this ever be fixed?
just so yall know, the master boarder is fake and has no impact on your match making. matchmaking goes by mmr not your boarder.

Its old unfixed bug. It’s very old. I still can’t believe they release alot of patches including the balance ones but can’t fix a 10 years old bug…
