After multiple resets and different computers, my account still can’t queue for ladder.

This has happened to me before for a really brief amount of time (maybe a minute) but this has been for 30 minutes. So I assume my account is in a broken state.
This is exclusive to my European profile.

Same problem for me, cant queue up since 20 min.
Can’t login either. Something wrong with the server.
Have same error, trying to join ladder as zerg or random, but can play as terran or protoss.
Have the same problem in co op for hours
I get the same error in game. Tried multiple accounts and regions.

I just wanted to chime in that while we are not currently aware of any queuing issues for SC2 Ladder, I are investigating the reports. If the issue is still happening, please reply back confirming if its specific to EU or if it happens across all regions.

Yes, game starts up but can only play in offline mode.
It started for me at least about 4-5 hours ago.
Yes, can’t start a ladder in the EU. already 3 hours for me
after exit the game I have gotten “An unexpected fatal error occured”

On EU i can’t start ladder games. Report id: BB8885CA-4B89-450E-9273-C47E92F280A0
If i join NA i can play ladder, no issues, but on EU it is not working. Also for me the starcraft2.blizzard site is not loading HTTP error 504.

If anyone is able, can you try a VPN. We don’t support it for playing(not prohibited) but it can help determine if this is some sort of routing issue to the service by changing the route your data takes to get from you to us. I don’t have any specific ones I can recommend but most have a limited trial.
Even the sound also not working well. Cant connet

Thanks for trying. I am out for the night and I am not sure if there will be some one else tonight who can follow this so you may not see any updates tonight or through Sunday. Definitely keep an eye on this and if anyone finds a workaround they are of course welcome to post it here.

I would like to add that i cant authenticate on the US and EU server i can however play on the KR one.
Same error here on EU. Profile appears otherwise to load ok, but I can’t queue any multiplayer games.
Hi there, I am experiencing the same problem. Can log in, and load my profile in-game, but unable to queue ladder or unranked. It initializes and states searching but then just resets after a few seconds with the cancel search sound notification. Loading in from South Africa on EU server.
