Just be sure, make you are logging in to the correct Bnet account (if you have more than one), and if you are, make sure you are logging into the correct region.
If all that is correct, what you’re experiencing is something that is happening more often as of late. The only work around is to close and relog until it self-corrects.
I’ve had it happen to me a couple times lately.
Maybe you unlocked a prestige deliberately and forgot, or accidentally.
In those cases, you have to relevel your commander to level 15.
I just re-installed Starcraft 2. I have similar issues with Raynor, Kerrigan, Swann, Stukov, Fenix, Dehaka and Zeratul. I had all commanders on max level with all prestige levels unlcoked. Can I get some help restoring them?
