Since your issue doesn’t have anything to do with Coop commanders losing their levels, you should start your own thread.

I also have my first 3 commander at level 5. I played a match just to see and it says I have to buy the game in order to go pass level 5. I bought this game well over 10 years ago so that cannot be the issue. Please fix this.

Same issues for me here, Raynor Kerrigan and artanis now at level 5 when previously fully levelled

I don’t mean to be a broken record. But I am also experiencing this issue with all three of the starting commanders.
I have tried a number of things to get it to work and ultimately just decided to stop playing last night.
Checked in today and it appears it is still not working, I was playing yesterday morning just fine.

I’m also having an issue. Yesterday it was all the commanders, now all but the three ‘free’ ones are the right level but those three are lvl 5. I play random and got Kerrigan and can confirm she played at level 5, and when exp screen came up after the game it said ‘capped until purchased’. Amusing that the issue is with the three commanders I didn’t have to pay for in the first place.

I noticed this bug is only happening on my level 15 prestige 2 commanders. Prestige 2 could be a place to start looking. My other commanders seem fine, but I have no Prestige 3 to check.

My Raynor, Kerrigan, and Artanis coop commanders got set back to lvl 5

I just played a match as p1 Kerrigan, leveling her from 4 to 5, and it gave me the capped 5 warning, acting like I don’t own her.

Same three for me as well. Raynor, Kerrigan, Artanis. Had the issue yesterday and figured like most things, a log out and back in would fix. Still is an issue today. Played a round as Artanis and found on the results screen a message saying I didn’t own that commander so it was capped at level 5. It does still retain the fact that I had all of their prestige tiers unlocked and let me change which one was active.
