Same issue here! I play Artanis/Raynor and those guys are at level 5 now. Please fix
Same here. They were maxed prestige and level. Still have all prestiges, but they’re at L5.
Hey, experiencing this problem as well. Good to know you’re aware of it and looking into it. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.
Currently my Artanis was level 8, or 9, but is now level 5 with exp capped. So I believe I am being effected by this as well.

Big thanks to @leviathan and other MVPs for their patience and comments on this. This being the first issue I’ve ever come to these forums, I had no idea of the structure here. When, in privileged text colors, one of the MVPs said, “this is a fix on Blizzard’s end” I thought, “then who are you?? I thought I was talking to Blizzard!” Big appreciation for their attempts to assuage the situation and help us all bide time until this is fixed, and also for their (presumed) prioritized communication channel with the actual Blizz people, limited such as it is.
On the plus side, although my favorite Artanis is not playable right now, at least my Karax is getting lots of love. I’ve gained 7 levels with him during this outage, taking me up to 207.
I Have the same issue. my Commanders are caped and i can’t use it anymore with his/her mastery points
I can confirm that I am no longer getting the battle.net is down message when logging in, which I was getting before. First 3 commanders are still capped at lvl 5 though.
Almost a week. Such a bug should not be too hard to be fixed in my opinion. Any solution currently?
My Raynor and Artanis are back up to level 335 so it looks like it might be fixed.

Changes have been made and our engineers believe this should be resolved now. Please log back in when you get a chance and check Commander levels to see if they are restored now.

Just reloged in and indeed the issue is fixed for my commanders.
my kerrigan is still 5 and not 15

Just as a tip:
If you haven’t, be sure to completely log out of the game and relaunch before checking the your commander levels.

My three commanders Raynor Artanis and Kerrigan are back to level 15. Great to have them back!
I logged out of Battlenet and shut down my computer on seeing the notification from Jambrix, but on restart (and log-on), Raynor, Kerrigan, and Artanis are still 5. Just to make sure, I tried playing a round as Raynor, and it did indeed say I was capped to 5 until purchased.

It looks like the issue is resolved, my Coop commanders and purchased content has been restored.
