Same error for me. Raynor, Kerrigan, and Artanis were all level 15 with 22 advancement points. Now back to level 5 with “capped” messages.

I have the same problem: Raynor, Kerrigan and Artanis were all lvl 15 with 90 excellence lvl, but now they are lvl 5, and can not get more exp. There is a “capping” message “to continue you have to make a purchase”. Moreover, other commanders, like Nova or Zeratul, gain experience but do not level up.

Same problem EU , this is just added because I needed at least 20 characters.

Same problem: Raynor, Kerrigan and Artanis were all maxed out (level 45 mastery), now reset to level 5 for a couple days now.
Attained prestige levels are still displayed as such.
I tried logging in and out, but it didn’t help.
My region is EU

Hello.
Same problem, Raynor, Kerrigan lvl 5 now.
My commanders Raynor and Kerrigan are reset to level 5 and capped. Kerrigan was level 15 and Raynor was level 12.
Region is EU.

My friend and I just tried a co-op and his max lvl Artanis got bumped down to 5 and locked and tells him to buy it same with his lvl7 Kerrigan and Rayner, also got rid of his prestiges on both Kerrigan and Artanis. We both in Australia on Americas server, it was fine for him two/three days ago and mine were unaffected, so its not just on the EU servers.
