It looks like I have lost all progress on my star craft accounts.
when I lived in the UK I progressed through most of the campaign and a lot of the achievements and some co-op levels.
When we immigrated to Australia I had to start over as the EU servers had to high of a ping. I then did most of the campaign again and a lot of achievements and again some co-op games to increase the co-op levels.
Now logging in I have checked both accounts and all co-op commanders are level 1 and I have no achievements and all campaign progress is at 0%. Can my progress be recovered? or will I have to start from scratch again if I want to?

Hey, Johan! You should have two profiles on the Americas region after the SEA & US merge.
1. Go to option menu
2. Select Language and Region
3. Disable “Do Not Show This Again” for Character Select on login
Close and relog, select the Johan profile and you should see your progress there! If you do continue to experience issues, please reach out to our Customer Support team!
Hey Caterpepi!! Can you check mine as well and see if somehow I magically have two “ghost” accounts?? I have two PC’s up and one loads my game progress and achievements, but this one shows absolutely nothing. (Yes I checked region, yes I cleared cache and checked network data)
