I don’t play SC II for a long time, today i come back and try to login.
After login every progression of my account was gone and i tried in every region.
Help me bring my progression back.
First things first - could you please edit your post to remove the e-mail address?
Blizzard employees have access to account information they need. There’s no need to publicly post your account credentials, and if it’s possible that someone has previously stolen your account you should be doubly careful in future.

Could you look here, and let us know whether there’s progression missing from that page, or whether you’re not seeing that progress within the game client?
It may help to have a specific example of something which has gone missing.

I noticed this account has multiple characters. Have you already tried switching between the two to verify if the progress was earned on a different one?
Keep in mind that the game was changed many years ago to no longer allow creation of multiple characters. Previously characters were selected when logging into the game. By default there is an option under “Language and Region” that shows “Do not show this again” for character select on login.
Note, only players who have multiple characters will be able to view/change this setting.
Try disabling that setting so that it will allow character select on login, then restart the game. This should provide the popup menu to switch.
Make sure to check both characters for the wanted game progress.
