Loss of several Co-op commander experience/prestige

Been away from SC2 for a period. Previously all coop commanders had been maxed out with all prestiges unlocked. After recently installing, I found that experience is no longer maxed and prestiges are lost.

Seems it is a common issue. Can this be fixed? I’d like to get back to everything maxed out.

please note: I’ve run the app as admininstrator, waited several days and also played some matches, but it does not seem to want to fix itself.

Please advise.

there is no fix, except to buy the game. the issue only affects free players. i can explain it in more detail however. i have purchased the game myself and often play with players that have not purchased it. despite playing on the same server at the same time, only they were affected.
