Loss of commander level and unable to enter the room

1 Rain, sudden power outage. Re-enter the game. Commander’s level. Loss of commander level. Level Raynor, Kerrigan and Artanis become level 5. Logged out and back in many times still the same.

  1. And when entering Custom map, it crashes. Unable to enter the room. Computer fans work a lot. Sometimes that happens. And in the end Melee and Arcade took a long time to find new maps. Dragging the mouse down will be delayed for a long time. Computer fan is also very loud.

I also have the same issue, all co-op heros reset to 5 Level if they were 5+ Level before.

Having the same problem with commanders loosing their levels but re-login wouldn’t even work
