Hi,
I recently had the itch to play some campaign and a few ladder games after 10 years away. I opened my LoTV collector’s edition and used the CD-Key inside (which even says CE key) and did not receive the in game rewards when I redeemed the code.
Opened a ticket and was instructed to check the forums so wondering if anyone knows where to direct me or if a staff member will see this!
