the America server seemed to have fixed the issue but Asia is still the same.
Cannot level up my Artanis to higher than level 5
Apologies to everyone. I am unable to wait for this to be resolved due to my age. I hope everyone can stay alert until it’s time to enjoy those excellent commanders.

Blizzard please fix this for ASIA server…
Almost a month since this happened to me… 2 weeks+ since last update of Customer Support… Are they even fixing this?? Hey! Hire me to be a technician over there! I’d love a job that still pays you even if you’re doing nothing! 
What is happening in the blizzard? It has been for 2 months
No. Not 2 months.
It happened once at the beginning of January, then ended.
Then it restarted later in January on US server, and should now be fixed, at least it is definitely fixed for some.
And then in the middle or near the end of the 2nd thing, it arrived on Asia server.
Let’s put back things in context.
Same issue for me. On the Asia server, and have tried logging in / out but no fix.
Help I am facing the same issue here where my commanders were reset to level 5. Can blizzard assist?
Hey Blizzard, it has been several weeks already, and there is not a single and even just an estimate onwhen will this be fixed? Can someone reply from blizzard?

Today my ALL commanders become lv 5, what a damn.
My 3 co-op commander, Raynor, Kerrigan and Artanis are capped at level 5. Need help. The same thing happened with my brother.
It’s been so long without repair, what about the developers? If we can’t operate it, we’ll close early
