I recently installed SC2 on a new computer and since then, once every 2 or 3 games i’m having issues. The countdown stays stucked on 0 and i never reach the 1v1 loading screen…
I tried already to check files, shut down firewall and run the game as administrator but it didn’t work better.
Maybe it could be because I’m playing with my mobile’s datas? Even if my connexion is rather good as other games work well.
Anyway if anyone has an idea … it’s kind of frustrating not to be able to play like that ^^

The easiest way to narrow down is to get on WiFi and see if you have the same problem. That will answer this hypothesis of whether it has to do with your connection or not.
I agree with Kyrie that the easiest way to find out if there is a local or connection routing problem is by trying another connection. If that may not be an option a VPN may be something worth testing for a bit to see if the same problem persists. This doesn’t change a lot of the local network, but should change the connection routing.
If those are not an option, could you provide a WinMTR file? Run the test until the problem occurs for 10 to 15 minutes. Copy and paste the text file created and paste it between two ~~~ like so:

Ah I see, DasZoru! No worries, we can take a look at the connection test to see if there’s anything that could be causing the problem.

Unfortunately there isn’t a lot of information in that MTR test that we can see. Does this happen on other regions? Could you try testing a free VPN to see if there’s any change?
What is supposed to appear on the test? maybe i wrote the wrong IP?
I try the VPN/other regions tomorrow!
It seems that the VPN and battle net are having troubles working together…I noticed this morning it was shut down when i was playing 
, I’m doing another try (ok now it works, just needed to switch to cable connexion share)
I don’t know if it makes any sense but it seems to occur every time i get close to gaining back gold 3 level… Like under 2430 MMR everything seems fine but higher it bugs …
(actually it just seems to bug anyway since a few minutes, but this morning it was just cyclical, bugging once every 2-3 games)
It works with the vpn actually! the issue seems to disappear when i use it
