I just recently installed SC2 on a new computer, and (No I did not change region or get a new/different account), but now all of my achievements, game saves, and progress are GONE.
Could it be a firewall/content filtering issue? Game loads just fine and all my other games WC/WoW/etc., work normally - it’s just SC2 that shows like I enver played it before.
how many times have you logged in to it since the new install on the comp, and did you do a restart after login the first time.
I ended up submitting a ticket and what fixed it was uninstall/reinstall, and then being sure to launch BNet launcher/game by ‘Running as Administrator’.
Sure enough, the game loaded all my old progress/achievements/etc.,

progress is server side. you can easily select what server to use.
