If race can make it to final. It is not balance problem. It is skill problem if they do not win… protoss make it to final many times. Last year and before. It was not underpower. Why have blizzard buff it to optoss?
Z reached finals less than a month ago, so Z is not underpowered,nice.

Protoss were able to consistently reach 47% of tournament finals (expectation: 55%) for the past year with 16% being PvPs (expectation: 11%). Aka: perfectly balanced.
Of recent tournaments, Protoss have been in 100% of finals and 50% of finals have been PvPs.
If you think these two are equivalent, then you need to put the blunt down and wait for your eyes to uncross BEFORE posting.
Yes and no, because yes it is a possible measurement, but it is not an accurate measurement. It will be best to not cherry pick your data just to suit your purpose because anyone can always produce a selected data to counter yours. There is no end to this back and forth debate if people keep selecting only data that suits their tastes.
