I'd like to get help for Protoss Portraits issues

I purchased few skins then realized there are weird black lines on the portraits in my game.

I don’t know why but hyperlink doesn’t work. it’s the link of screenshots.

on custom games they do not be appeared, or when I play as Terran and Zerg, however it’s presented when I play as Protoss in melee game.

it’s mildly disappointing and I really want to get rid of it.
