I am unable to install battle.net since last month

Hello. this is my first time posting here. I have been having this issue since last month. I am so tired and stress trying to find ways on how to fix this issue.

It all started when I had problems with my internet connection for some minutes. And when I came back, my launcher started to say that " Update Agent went to sleep. Attempting to wake up". (BLZBNTBNA00000005) I restarted my launcher, and it was still the same. So, I left it for some hours, thinking that it will just fix by itself, but it was still the same. I tried uninstalling it via dedicated uninstaller and it won’t let me because an error occurred.

So, what I did was deleting my battlenet and even in program data, locallow, roaming etc. I downloaded the launcher installer from battlenet itself and when I tried to install it, it got stuck at 45% and gave me an error (BLZBNTBTS0000005C). I tried doing it again and it was still the same. I went to this forum and tried every solution I see. Restarting of router, PC, clear cache via deleting files, changing of PC admin, anti-virus(windows defender) exception, firewall, ipconfig flushdns, release and renew, netsh winsock reset, reinstalling drivers etc. Nothing worked.

Then, when I went to the SC2 folder. I found “SC2Switcher_x64” and tried on launching it, I was able to play SC2 again. I stopped caring about the launcher and played the game thru the switcher. I even tried to reinstall the launcher time to time but still doesn’t want to.

And today, SC2 got an update, and I am unable to play SC2 because it gives me an error “Version Mismatch”. I tried going to EU and KR, i got in but my data is in US, I tried logging in to US and I still get the Version Mismatch error. The only way to update SC2 is via launcher but I am still unable to reinstall the launcher because of these errors. I tried contacting customer support, and they all gave me every solution that I have already tried, and they last replied to me that I should try posting here and to find solutions to my problem. I’m hoping if anyone knows the fix to this.

The only thing I haven’t done is reformatting, but I don’t want to do that. I saw a post saying that person formatted his pc and it didn’t still solve his issue. I really love this game. I have been a Starcraft Player since I was a kid. Thank you in advance for those who can or tried to help me. :smile:

Also, I was thinking if someone can give me their updated SC2 copy, maybe I can play it again via Switcher. :rofl:
