I bought the battle chest and installed from the Heart of the Swarm DVD. When I click on the campaign, it’s offering a purchase link. Obviously, I’ve already purchased it. I’ve scoured the site and have found nothing that helps me.
Hey, TheFirstMan! Was the CD Key on the Heart of the Swarm claimed? If not, it can be done here. If there is no CD Key, you’ll need to contact the vendor it was purchased from.
If it says it was already claimed, our customer support team can take a look at the CD Key to see if it was claimed on a different account though you may still need to contact the vendor it was purchased from to look for a possible exchange.
