VR buff is really a placebo. In PvT it suck the same, in PvZ it has the same niche-role (Carrier protection) that did not change.
VR power was not increased in late-game, just opened some space for cheese in early-game.
They can revert all changes to VR and i can’t care less.

I am already Master 1 with Terran and Protoss and have 400 more MMR as terran.
It would help if you didn’t have your profile hidden so this can be easily verified. I am silver league in 1v1 fyi.

Speed is nice,but damage was “better” (it was op and that was after a damage nerf,first test was 30 damage and that was insane), the contact damage had more impact than a base speed buff, 8 damage look like nothing but against low hp units was effective.
Speed buff was good for moving around the map,thats where that kind of buff shines,things such as runbys or several side attacks.
