Getting Error Code 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000

Hi There, Its Year 2025 and I’m still getting the error-00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000 on my PC, I don’t have OneDrive and when i create one, I don’t see My Documents folder synced but still getting same error. Already uninstall & reinstalled the entire SC 2 game but still no luck… Any other recommendations?

alright so first off one drive doesnt work with sc2 and need to be UNSYNCed or disabled alltogether. so other than that you might want to try looking up the code or actually opening up a support ticket with blizzard. the forums are basically player to player now a days and you wont get a response from blizzard here.

It’s not synced & i’ve already disabled it all together but im still getting the same error.

like i said you need to open up a support ticket and figure out what the code is, most of us people on the forums dont know the codes. we cant help you.

What does the year have to do with it? A game made in 2010 is still the same game in 2020, 2025, 2080, 3000…

That Im not sure TBH, I’ve alrdy make sure that I was playing it before but now i can’t play it anymore because of the OneDrive issue.

Well, youre the one who included the date like it is relevant. And youre calling is a onedrive issue after already saying you didnt have onedrive, and when you did enable it, it wasnt syncing the documents folder. Not making a lot of sense.

It wasn’t enabled & i was playing it before and im certain that i didn’t install or setup onedrive. I’ve already checked all folders with OneDrive tagged on it but still no luck… all OneDrive folders are not synced with the Documents folder which is really weird

Try opening Game Settings and running in 32 bit.

I ran into the same issue. I did however have OneDrive installed and ran into this every time I quit it.
My solution was just to keep OneDrive running in the background xD
