Hey there, so my buddy has recently been getting dropped from 3v3 games. He and his friend are playing on the same network and his friend is having no issues.
Co-op and 1v1 seems to work fine its just 3v3.
We get this error code:

Any help would be greatly appreciated

At this point in time, the only conclusions (though non-exhaustive yet) that can be drawn is that:
- His computer is unable to support that many players.
- His network is unable to support that many players.
I’d suggest trying:
- Using a different network.
- Using a 3rd computer on the network. (Make sure that the computer is not many years old.)
- Trying to lower the graphics on the computer.
Another area that needs testing, is that you can consider checking campaign, 2v2, 4v4 to see if the issue is still there.
Quicker fixes (if you can’t wait) would be:
- Delete caches.
- Reinstall SC2.
- Use VPN. (Though this one is unlikely.)
Unfortunately, I have no idea what this error code is. But it will help if you provide some details like:
- What OS are you on?
- What is your OS version?
- What is your SC2 version?
- What happens when he is dropped? Does the game crash? Does he just get kicked out of the game into Bnet menu?
- When did this start happening? Has it been working previously? Did he do any major changes (e.g. settings, installed something new) recently?
- What are the computer’s specs?
