There’s a player called luckyvicky playing mostly 4v4 and 1v1 that is using some sort of hack to pause the game and you can’t unpause it. The whole screen flashed a bunch of times and then froze up. If you look at luckvicky match history almost all the games have no kills by any player.
That’s naming and shaming and is against of Code of Conduct.
There is no such thing, click “Menu” and “Resume” buttons.
It happened whether you believe it or not.

Is the naming and shaming the same as NICKNAME naming and shaming? I’m just curious… It’s not like he gives his real ID but he just exposes and reports his ingame nickname and a cheater (if its true ofcourse).
If a streamer posts a replay on youtube where streamer wins and his enemy losses and enemy’s nickname is visible then its also naming and shaming?
Accusations of misconduct on the forums are not permitted by the code of conduct, even if theyre true. The in game report function is the correct way to report suspected cheaters.
Outside the forums, Blizzard can’t stop you, but other sites might have their own rules.

Yes. Is in the Code of Conduct. Read it.
Just looked at the code of conduct. A search for naming and shaming gave no results. I think you made that up. Are you the game pause hacker?

Harassing or Defamatory
This category includes both clear and masked language and/or links to websites containing such language or images which:
Insultingly refer to other characters, players, Blizzard employees, or groups of people
Result in ongoing harassment to other characters, players, Blizzard employees, or groups of people
An older version of Code of Conduct described : “Naming and shaming” constitutes harassment.
So that’s the reference that we old gamers call Naming & Shaming.
So you cannot say here on forum:
One year ago I done same mistake: there was a player called "F… " who joined games, were AFK all the time, then joined the next game. 24/24hours 7/7days for 2 years.
It was really hard to report but we finally we got rid of him, or maybe just his computer broke. Whatever I mentioned his name on the forums and support tickets, and his name was just removed, even from my private tickets. Also on the forum I was silenced for few days (I think 15).

Sorry, I didn’t see the first response. I only saw the lengthy response where you say you’re hoping a moderator sees this and I get silenced.
And I remembered: he have just 3 trials to pause the game.
Than he could not pause anymore.
So if you Resume his Pause - 3x - than he cannot do anything - but I doubt he was cheating!
This has been reported and being watched, there is other players reported as well doing this in 4v4 matches as well.
