Please Leviathan , or someone else, explain to him what is wrong here:
That’s naming and shaming, which is against the Code of Conduct.
If you believe a player is cheating, you can report that player in-game , or you can open support ticket.
But posting an accusation on the forum with the player’s name clearly visible is inappropriate.
I just wanted to make sure you don’t repeat my mistake. I did the same thing once with an AFK player, and some of you may still remember his name. 
There are at least 2 Code of Conducts.
One covers in-game behaviour - I’m sure you read that one. But there is also a Forum Code of Conduct and I think you may have missed that part while reading the former.
That’s why I’m pointing this out: the issue here isn’t whether the player is actually cheating, but that publicly naming and accusing another player on the forum.
