Game log in : Error 2:- 2000

Been having problems with my Co-Op game.

After game ends, score screen shows up and doesn’t seem to update the game level/exp. From here on, i can no longer continue playing the game until i restart the pc.
Battlenet would not allow me to log into the game showing that Error 2:-2000 everytime i tried to restart it.

Please help.

Howdy!

This is often related to a desync in the connection or third party conflict blocking part of the connection for example Anti-virus. I would recommend the following actions to see if we can narrow this down!

  1. Temporarily disable anti-virus.
  2. RunScan and Repair on the client to ensure it’s not corrupted.
  3. Reboot in Selective Startup following the drop down for your Operating System.
