Hey Zim,
Do you have OneDrive installed/active?
If so, it’s known to interfere with SC2’s file system. Unfortunately, uninstalling OneDrive doesn’t fix the issue. Instead you want to disable syncing of the SC2 files and folders. Instructions can be found here.
