I know this a known issue but I can’t fix it. Tried to unistall and install again, tried on two different disk, tried to format the disk, i am never connected to one cloud so I don’t believe this is the issue…

In case you didn’t already figure this one out on your own, the crash is indeed caused by OneDrive. It’s likely syncing your Documents folder even if not known to you.
These steps should help you figure out how to go in and unsync the Documents folder (if you don’t have OneDrive installed please reinstall it first, unsync, then you can uninstall)
Choose which OneDrive folders to sync to your computer - Microsoft Support
