Fatal error occurred

I tried to connect SC2 for 5 months ago but It didnt work so waited and logged again. Now it says unknown fatal error occurred. I read so many methods on this forums but they didnt fit my situation. I want to know how to fix this problem

Will help narrow down if you can test the following:

  • Login with another computer.
  • Reinstall SC2.

Haha, all good. They were not intended to fit but to narrow down the issue.

At least we now know that it is definitely an issue on the computer, and that it isn’t a client issue.

Have you tried using a VPN?

Hey Pessimist,

After looking over the crash logs that were submitted, it looks like the crash may be caused due to permissions or a harddrive issue.

Can you try reinstalling the game on the C: drive instead of the G: drive and see if that helps get it to launch?
