Failed to publish Arcade map to Asia server

Since a few days I am not able to publish my Arcade map to Asia server.
It displays GATEWAY_FILE_APPEND_ERROR after being stuck at 97% for some time.

  • I am able to publish my map file to EU/NA servers without any issues.
  • I am able to publish a new “empty” map to Asia server.
  • I am not able to publish my updated map version to Asia server.
  • I am not able to re-publish my old (currently public) map version to Asia server.

In other words, Asia server stopped accepting a file, which it had no issues with earlier. NA and EU servers accept it just fine.
