EU Server Problems: "server failed to create the game"

I tried to enter a mutation and got a blue message in chat: “server failed to create the game”. Other players in chat report the same problem.

same problem here… a few dozen people rant about it in the chat…
is there are way to fix this?

I played a single, regular Brutal+ and it worked. It seems the problem is with the current mutation on EU.

Hey all,

There are issues on EU that started last week. Bliz looked into it and tried a fix, but it didn’t work. So they’re still working on it.

Feel free to add yourself to this thread if you like.

After loads of try I finally managed to play the muta :smiley:

I can confirm I just played the mutation as well. Search took mighty long tho; can’t say why, but game was found first attempt today.
