Errors that popped out after pressing PLAY

In detail, the following are what appeared in two separate boxes.
Critical error during loading process.

Required library ‘icuin52.dll’ does not exist.
and:
The procedure entry point_invalid_parameter_noinfo_noreturn could not be located in the dynamic link library MSVCR100.dll.
Any help? If I must give more information, please do tell me.

the missing dll file you can find online. just make sure that you download the right dll file. as for the other issue: you have the wrong MSVCR100.dll and need to download the right one. i have no idea what version of the dll file it is you need. sorry for providing a partial solution.
