Custom lobby games and arcade games are laggy and disconnect

I’m Mac user. whenever I click on custom and libby, the game freezes for couple of minutes. if I click on arcade, is same behaviour. even If I wait that BIG period of time and start a game from lobby, is impossible to play the game. the game freezes and it will disconnect me showing a popup to reconnect.

Hey HackzZ,

Is your mature language filter enabled? If so, try disabling it. If that doesn’t help, restart the game and try it again.

Hey all,

Another patch was pushed last evening that hopefully addresses the lags/hangs.

If inclined, try reenabling the Mature Language Filter to see if the lags/hangs are cleared up.
