if you are left with a baracks and kelthar has only 3 rines you have won unless the standard win condition was altered for some reason
in standard melee games one of the rules state that you have lost the game if all your structures are destroyed or you forfeit
so in your hypothetical scenario Kelthar had hidden a building ergo the game will end most likely and in a draw since you have only a rax left and can’t destroy his while you also hide your leftover rax from the 3 rines
There are 3 outcomes:
1.) You lose if you have below 150 minerals and you didn’t flout your tax.
2.) Draw - as above but you flout your tax
3.) You win if you have more than 200 minerals and enough time to build 4 marines.
