Usually, there’s little the players can do for something like this. It’s likely problems on the server side.

So we can assume there’ll be a fix in the next day or ? Is there devs actually taking care of support issues like this or is the NA server just going to stay broken and that’s it ?

Historically, the game breaking bugs/exploits have been fixed.
How long it takes is the big unknown. It does take a little more time then usual due to SC2 being retired.
That said, I see arcade games starting to populate. It might be clearing up.

Managed to complete a Co-op game successfully. Thanks for the fix. What was the cause anyways? Was it really supposedly that arcade map uploaded with infinite string or whatnot? I highly doubt it…

I don’t know unfortunately. MVPs aren’t employees so I’m not privy to the situation behind the scenes.

There is a minor bug now reported by others which I verified as well on my end. The stats are returning an error in the match history after this fix.

I’m seeing the same match stats error after getting one successful queue. Trying to queue again, and I first saw several errors saying the game server timed out when creating the game. After four of five of those, it just started saying “GLOBAL_TIMEOUT”.

Just adding a note here that this seems to be fixed. I used to not be able to start a custom game with a similar sounding error to “No game sites available” and can now do so. Co-Op seems to also work. Haven’t tried ranked or unranked as yet but I assume they are back as well.
still down. i cant join games or even do coop or vs a.i matches

I don’t even see any other information about it. When I google anything about Blizzard Arcade games it says there are no issues. This is the ONLY place I see anyone talking about it, I was expecting to see something on the General Forums.
Edit: Appears to be working now.
I can queue for a co-op match, but then I get “The game server timed out when creating the game.” so seems to still be down.
Edit: Can queue for matches again, randomly there’s a timeout but at least I can play again.
Seems to be working now ! At least it starts searching (I’ve cancelled since I didn’t wanna play right now ).

It looks to be back, but my Raynor, Kerrigan, and Artanis have reset back to level 5 (even though I had been working on prestiges and was 15, 15, and 12 on them). Anyone else seeing the same?

I’m seeing it again too but I still have my levels from when I last played 7 hours ago

It’s down again. can’t play any type of game, the score screens are not loading
